About Us Feature Marketing, Inc., located in Scottsdale, Arizona, has operated as a buyer/seller in the computer wholesale industry since 1992. We supply computers and related equipment and peripherals to retail, wholesale, and distribution companies around the world. Our products consists of refurbished and used equipment purchased from companies that are scaling back or offering close-outs, as well as from manufacturers who have overstocked, received returns, or are making model changes. We purchase in volume and "direct from the source," which enables us to offer below market pricing to our customers. We are not brokers, and all product offered for sale are shipped directly from our warehouse. All equipment is prepared for sale in our warehouse where it is cleaned, tested, and modified so that it is returned to a state suitable for reuse or resale by our customers. Most products carry a 90 day warranty. The growing number of used resellers in the market has strengthened our commitment to provide an exceptional product that will enhance the product lines and store appearances of these retailers. Our website was developed to decrease both time and cost to our customers while allowing them to purchase equipment 24 hours a day. Our price list is available to all out customers. We try to provide the best deal possible every time to all our customers. Inventory and pricing changes daily in this industry. We keep our margins at a minimum in order to offer competitively priced merchandise. The more you buy the better the deal we can offer. If you don't like the price you see, call us and we will try to make a deal that works for both of us. We have chosen FedEx delivery service for our small package delivery needs. FedEx offers a guarantee money back 1-3 Business Day delivery at competitors' rates, providing our customers with a low cost, efficient method of receiving our product. Orders exceeding 150 lbs. are shipped at an additional discount. For larger shipments, several freight carriers have been chosen for their excellent service and competitive rates. Unlike many companies, we absolutely do not mark up our shipping rates. You pay actual shipping/packing costs, with no additional fees. In an effort to put equipment in our customers' hands safely and securely, we foam or bubble pack all equipment. We have our own foaming machine to pack and preserve equipment to ensure it reaches our customer with no problems. In order to keep shipping costs down, we are constantly negotiating with carriers to make sure product arrives safely and inexpensively as possible. Returned merchandise (RMA) is unfortunately a fact in any industry. We are continually striving to improve the handling of all returned product. Our goal is to receive and replace any RMA merchandise within a 10-day period. When at all possible, RMA's are repaired in our facility, at our cost. If we cannot repair or replace the warranty item, we will issue a credit / refund / or substitution at the purchase price. The handling of an RMA is as important to us as the sale of product; therefore we are always looking for new ways to expedite their handling and address customer concerns as quickly as possible.
