RMA Form

Is there a problem with your equipment that our techs just cant seem to talk you through?  Send an Online RMA Form in!  Its the quickest and most efficient way for us to receive and process RMA's.

General RMA Policies:
  • No returned product will be accepted without an RMA number.
  • Merchandise received that has been physically damaged during the return shipment by customer is considered out of warranty. You as the shipper must file and collect on the claim through your shipping company.
  • Feature Marketing has a receive and ship policy – we must receive product before we ship replacements.
  • Please only return items requested to be returned on the RMA form (i.e., hard drive or battery).
  • All product must be returned via a major courier (i.e., Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)
  • Feature Marketing will not be responsible for any lost or damaged data on disk drives.
  • All RMA’s will be returned to you within 10 business days of receipt of the product. If product is not repairable and replacement product is not available, Feature Marketing will offer you the option of a credit for the original amount paid for the product, or you can choose to wait and see if the product might become available in the near future.
  • You will be notified if product will not be returned to you within 10 days and informed of the reason for the delay.
