PRODUCT WARRANTY STATEMENT  All products have a 90 day warranty unless otherwise indicated. Notebook batteries have a DOA warranty and are guaranteed to run a minimum of 20 minutes.  Laptop battery DOA warranty valid ONLY if RMA form is submitted within 7 days of receipt of product. Warranty does not cover any software issues.   Drivers are not included (special requests can be made to get a driver CD for a fee). Warranty is valid only for equipment returned in its originally purchased condition. Seller is not responsible for problems or damage to equipment we sell by products not purchased from us. An RMA number MUST be issued prior to the return of any merchandise. Feature Marketing reserves the right to either replace, repair, credit, refund or refuse any returned merchandise. -- Send email us with a detailed description of your problem to rma@featuremarketing.com. -- Include a date of purchase or Invoice#. -- Use RMA Form Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returned merchandise (unless it is determined that we are at fault).  Printers have a 30 warranty - toner cartridge and printer cable not included (unless otherwise indicated and then consumables are SOLD AS IS). Issues with products covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be dealt with the manufacturer only.  We are not responsible for how warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer.
